Department Report Email

You can now be alerted via e-mail when approval is needed for pending requests within 48 hours of an upcoming shift and stay up to date with urgent requests. You will also receive an email every day with a New Activity Report.

All owners of NurseGrid Manager accounts will automatically be opted-in to the setting of receiving these notifications. All admins will need to be opted-in to receive the notifications. Here is how to change the preferences:

  • Click the Account section in the left-side menu.
  • In the Profile section, click the orange Edit Permissions button.
  • This will take you directly to your admins page.
  • Click the Edit Permission button below the admin you would like to opt-in to the email notifications.
  • At the very bottom of the pop-up window, check the box for Receive Department Report Emails.
  • Click the orange Save button for the changes to stick.
