Many managers long for a way to easily manage their staff’s credentials, which is why we created our credential manager.
To view your staff’s credentials, click the Staff icon on the left-side toolbar and then click Credentials in the sub-menu. Here you’ll see all of the credentials your staff have entered into their profiles. To send a reminder to any staff member whose credentials are expiring, simply click the Send Reminder button. This will open a message addressed to that staff member, so you can quickly and easily remind them of the expired or about-to-expire credential.
When a staff member’s credential is about to expire, an alert will appear on the Nursegrid Manager dashboard, highlighted in orange.
