Discover Your Future!
Changing employers or specialties is a significant decision that requires careful consideration, planning, and preparation. The process often begins with self-reflection and research. You must evaluate your interests, strengths, and career goals to determine which specialty or employer best aligns with your aspirations.
One of the best ways to learn more about a new employer or specialty is by attending informational interviews. These sessions are also called job fairs or recruitment events. Job fairs offer a great way to practice your interview skills and to get a feel for the culture that a healthcare center presents to prospective employees.
There are two major employers in the Denver area holding upcoming recruitment events. Register now and decide what you want to gain from the experience. You may learn about roles you didn’t know existed—better schedules or better pay than you have now. Or maybe there’s a specialty you’d like to try, but you need to learn about what it would take to become qualified. Explore what’s available to help you take your career to the next level.
