Nurse Well-Being Week 2023
Thousands of Nurse Professionals Joined the Conversation on Nurse Well Being Week
34% of nurses said they planned to leave their roles by the end of last year, and 44% cited burnout and high stress as the main reasons for leaving.
Nursegrid™ by HealthStream™ held the third Nurse Well-Being Week to help nurses create habits and boundaries of self-care. And thousands of nurse professionals tuned in to join the conversations, highlighting just how important this event is to the nursing community.

“I love that Nursegrid does this every year! It’s just such a great resource for nurses.”
