When signing in, if your password doesn’t seem to be working or you’ve forgotten it, from the login screen, enter your e-mail address and click the Next button. Then click the orange Forget Password? link and enter your email address associated with your account. Click the Submit button and you should get an email shortly with a link to reset your password.
