Rate your Shift

There are two ways to get to your Shift Reflection in the Nursegrid app.

  1. Go to the “Me” tab and select “Shift Reflection”
  2. Find “Shift Reflection” on the Shift Details page from a prior shift.

We’ve made it easy for you to get started and we set a reminder for after your next shift. To disable the reminder, go to notification settings in the Nursegrid app.

Every shift has its challenges, of course. So next time after your shift, spend a minute or two reflecting: take the good with the bad, consider all you accomplished, and nurture a habit that can benefit your well-being.
