Now that you have logged in to your NurseGrid Mobile account, you can click the Calendar icon at the bottom left of your screen to view your schedule. If your schedule isn’t showing in your account, there are a couple common reasons:
- Are you logged in to your NurseGrid Mobile account using your work email address? Often managers will distribute schedules to clinicians using this email address. Please log out of your account and login using your work email account.
- Has your manager distributed your schedule? Your schedule will appear when your manager loads the schedule and distributes it to your team. Sometimes schedules will appear blank due to not having them loaded in the manager portal.
