Rob MacNaughton Joins NurseGrid as New CEO

NurseGrid taps seasoned strategist to pursue market expansion

PORTLAND, Oregon – July 25, 2019 – NurseGrid has announced that Rob MacNaughton is joining the company as Chief Executive Officer. Most recently MacNaughton served as Chief Product Officer at Cambia Health Solutions, leading product strategy, development, and commercialization for its health insurance and consumer solutions divisions. Previously, he was Vice President of Hospital Operations with Banfield Pet Hospital, and founder and CEO of Columbia Care LLC, a regional home health and hospice supportive care provider.

MacNaughton’s longtime commitment to advancing healthcare is intrinsic to NurseGrid’s mission of developing technology that improves nurse satisfaction and simplifies staffing. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from Queen’s University. He and his partner, Adrienne, have four children and reside in Portland, OR.
